Arrival is generally an hour to an hour and a half prior to the contracted start time. But regardless, set up and tear down time is included in the the price.

For weddings, the next step is that you will receive a Music Selection Packet, then about a month before the wedding, we will have a meeting where we’ll talk music and create a timeline.
For parties/schools, SCSM will reach out before the event to get any details, requests, etc that might be needed
